If you have spent any time at all on this website, you probably already know that God began revealing my purpose to me in undeniable fashion about a decade ago.
While still living amidst a difficult time in my life, I cried out that I was finally ready to change the trajectory of my life and to be used by Him. His answer came shortly after as He set me on a path and wrote me into a story that I couldn’t make up if I wanted to. He also made it known that this story shall be written into a book.
Under this heading, The Purposed Pen, you will find links to the posts that I feel are most specific to this story and my ongoing journey to tell it.
It is my hope that you will enjoy what you read here and, in so doing, will also discover just how beautiful, miraculous and–sometimes frightening–finding and following your purpose can be. I don’t pull any punches. You will see me often overwhelmed and way out of my comfort zone, but, prayerfully, you will also see the passion and great joy being on a journey of purpose brings and will be inspired to find and follow your own. I promise you’ll never be bored.
